(This workout was originally programmed with pull ups….but I switched it to toes to bar because we did the double Fran so recently.  Feel free to hit it either way.)

 

Notes:

If you don’t have a ski erg you can row or run.  1000 meter row or 800 meter run.

 

For the lunges, if they are new for you scale down or just keep the same weight for all rounds.  This is a lot of lunges and you will get SORE if you don’t do them very often.

    I shuffle between WODs here and CrossFit Invictus and I cannot express to you my appreciation for the continuously amazing workouts that have helped me over come a lot of things I used to suck at. Today’s was one of those. I had to keep my lunges at 135# for my last set but finished in 31:57. My mind always shuts down in a WOD when I have to kip on t2b. I can do them messing around but have a mental block when it comes to workouts. Got to keep grinding! Hope you all have a great turkey day!
