Well, it seems all of the individual Regional workouts have been announced.  This year is definitely full of skill, skill, skill.  At first glance athletes have a tendency to not like programming because it’s different.  Different is the point.  Ready for the Unknown and Unknowable right?  These Regionals definitely have a different, more skilled, more gymnastics flavor.  But, those ready for anything shouldn’t be too phased.  Those who have been preparing will be ready.

    I was wondering if you guys take pre-workout supplements and if you do which one would you recommend?

      Not really. Some of us take Progenex Force on occasion, but not every day.

    Very cool vid, but it looks like The Ghost’s shoulder joints were taking a beating at the top of his jerks as he absorbed the shock. Ouch!
