Heavy.  Don’t worry about percentages.

 

100 Back Squats for Time

Find a partner and alternate back and forth in sets of 10 til you’ve both done 50.

 

5 Min

30 Sec on/30 Sec off Airdyne sprints.

Go HARD on the 30 sec ON

 

EMOM 8 MIn

5 Muscle Ups

 

5 x 250m Row

    30sec on/off sprints for 5min (no airdyne)

    3 strict pullups/3 assisted ring dips (cant do muscle ups yet).

    Dont have access to rower.

    did 100backsquats for time @240lbs +- 17min alternate with a partner (100 reps each)
